E. Scott is intrigued with surreal art. Her favorite artists are M. C. Escher and Salvador Dali. Though Escher's pieces were typically pencil, and Dali's were oil paint, E. Scott enjoys exploring a variety of different mediums. However, her favorite to work with is ink.

Tattoo Designs

The "take heart" tattoo is based off of the scripture John 16:33.
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

A friend of E. Scott had developed cancer. This scripture was a favorite of the ill friend. The "take heart" design had become a wildfire way for friends and family to show their support. Fundraisers were created using the design as temporary and permanent tattoos. All proceeds went to the family of the ill friend.
